Position Overview: As a key player in our marketing division, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of marketing initiatives tailored for the Canadian market.

Reporting Structure: This role reports directly to the Vice President of Sales & Marketing.

Company Overview: TIP Fleet Services Canada Ltd. is a prominent entity within the TIP Group of Companies, recognized for its excellence in equipment services, particularly in trailer leasing, rental, maintenance, and repair.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance the visibility of our brand as a leading commercial trailer provider across North America.
  • Develop and manage external communications, ensuring alignment with North American standards.
  • Create and oversee internal communications, collaborating with stakeholders to produce engaging content.
  • Coordinate branding initiatives in collaboration with headquarters, ensuring brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external marketing partners, including media and industry associations.
  • Advise on advertising strategies, managing the execution of the advertising plan.
  • Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM and social media campaigns.
  • Assist in organizing industry events and company functions.
  • Produce marketing materials in accordance with branding guidelines using software tools.
  • Manage social media strategy and content across various platforms, analyzing performance metrics.
  • Ensure all marketing systems and materials are current and effective.
  • Provide marketing support to branches and teams across Canada.
  • Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Utilize multimedia tools for the creation of marketing collateral.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in Marketing and Communications.
  • Strong project management and time-management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with diverse personalities.
  • Creative, resourceful, and self-motivated with excellent independent working skills.
  • Experience in crisis communication is a plus.
