Email Marketing Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Email Marketing Strategist to join our team at Tequila Sunrise™. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for developing and executing email marketing campaigns that drive customer lifetime value and revenue growth for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement email marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives
- Manage and optimize email campaigns, including content creation, segmentation, and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Paid Social, Paid Search, CRO, and Creative/Design, to ensure cohesive marketing strategies
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and make strategic recommendations
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in email marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in a retention role with a brand or agency, with a focus on DTC Ecommerce
- Expert knowledge in creating and optimizing multiple email accounts at scale for Ecommerce brands
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, ESP's, copywriting, and best practices for email deliverability
- Understanding of other messaging platforms, such as SMS and Messenger
- Proven experience in the direct-to-consumer space with expertise in Klaviyo or other major email service providers
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and persuasive copywriting
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks with great attention to detail
- Self-starter that can work independently and collaborate with a team
