Baker - Pastry Chef

We are a dynamic bakery company seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and supervising a team of baking personnel.
Key Responsibilities- Production Management: Plan and coordinate the production of baked goods, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality products.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of baking personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective production.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
