Baker - Pastry Chef

We are a dynamic bakery company seeking a skilled Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of high-quality baked goods, managing inventory, and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Product Development: Create new recipes and products to meet customer demands and stay ahead of the competition.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving supplies, to ensure that we have the necessary ingredients and materials to meet production demands.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards.
- Team Management: Supervise and train a team of bakers to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to their needs and concerns.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Skills: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and work under pressure.
