Join our team at 426889 BC LTD as a skilled Pastry Chef. This is a permanent role that requires a commitment of 40 hours per week. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, ideal for individuals who thrive under pressure.
Qualifications- Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

- Order and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Provide training to staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and safe food handling practices.
- Prepare customized orders as per client specifications.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of baking staff and kitchen personnel.
- Decorate and frost cakes and other baked items to meet quality standards.
- Create and manage production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Conduct quality inspections of kitchen and food service areas.
- Operate baking machinery and maintain a clean workspace.
- Oversee the sales and presentation of baked goods to customers.
- Breads and rolls

- Ability to distinguish colors and pay attention to detail.
- Capable of handling physically demanding tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to manage repetitive tasks and work under tight deadlines.
