Job Title: Executive Pastry Chef

Kwality Sweets & Restaurant is seeking an experienced Executive Pastry Chef to join our team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the pastry arts department and ensuring the highest quality of desserts and baked goods.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of pastry chefs and cooks to ensure efficient and effective food preparation and presentation.
  • Develop and implement new recipes and menu items to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of menu items and special events.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a pastry chef or in a related role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
