Position Overview

The Sales Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in overseeing the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities within Hayer Holdings Inc. This position requires a strong leader who can effectively manage staff and drive sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Assign tasks to sales personnel and ensure they are equipped to meet their responsibilities.
  • Recruitment and Training: Hire new team members and facilitate their training to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Financial Authorization: Approve payments and manage merchandise returns to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to optimize team productivity.
  • Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on sales performance, inventory management, and personnel issues.
  • Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and supply chain challenges.
  • Team Coordination: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals.
Supervisory Scope

This role involves supervising a team of 1 to 4 sales associates, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Work Environment

The position is set in a fast-paced atmosphere, requiring a balance of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the workday.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school education is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
