About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at Circle K. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth in our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Performance: Analyze sales data and develop strategies to increase sales volumes and improve merchandising.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the organization and maintenance of inventory, ensuring that stock levels are optimal and that products are displayed effectively.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to senior management.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a sales or management role.
  • Skills:
    • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
    • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop effective solutions.
    • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, meeting deadlines and delivering results.
