Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 1241544 BC Ltd. as a key member of our culinary department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance and training to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a high level of quality and productivity.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet the highest standards of quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions and improve operations.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs and ensure adequate staffing.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
