Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Truth of Calvary Ministries. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Office Management: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
- Customer Service: Greet visitors, direct them to contacts or service areas, and provide general information about our ministry.
- Documentation: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Security Clearance: Basic security clearance.
- Free Parking: Free parking available on site.
- On-Site Amenities: On-site amenities for staff.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
