About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant to join our team at ADDA INDIAN EATERY INC. as a key member of our facilities support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, furniture, and fixtures.
    • Operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning solutions as needed.
  • Housekeeping and Laundry
    • Make beds and change sheets in guest rooms and public areas.
    • Wash and iron linens and clothing.
    • Restock linen closets and supply rooms.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
    • Respond to guest requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • General Maintenance
    • Perform light maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs and unclogging drains.
    • Assist with minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Restock supplies and inventory as needed.
    • Monitor and report any issues with inventory or supplies.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with guests, clients, and colleagues.
Requirements
  • Education
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Language
    • English language proficiency required.
  • Work Hours
    • 40 hours per week.
