About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at New Castle Hotels & Resorts. As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and Clean Rooms: Conduct thorough inspections of hotel rooms to ensure they meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Restock and Maintain Supplies: Restock supplies and maintain housekeeping closets to ensure that all necessary items are available for guests.
  • Assist with Room Cleaning: Assist with room cleaning tasks as needed, including making beds, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms.
  • Report Maintenance Issues: Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely and professional manner.
  • Follow Health and Safety Guidelines: Adhere to all health and safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role.
  • Maintenance Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is a plus.
  • Ability to Work Long Hours: Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
  • Bilingual Skills: Bilingual skills are beneficial but not required.
