Job Summary:

Rehab First Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary assessment and treatment organization, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Provide client-centered treatment in a variety of settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Prepare and submit accurate and timely case notes and reports.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of treatment plans.

Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
  • Up to two years of experience working in the field of occupational therapy.
  • Experience with Ontario's Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS) is an asset.
  • Valid CPR certificate and a valid driver's license with auto insurance and a reliable vehicle.
  • Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
