Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Occupational Therapist to join our team at Rehab First Inc. as a Hybrid Position. This role will involve providing services to clients in various settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' physical, cognitive, and mental health needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' goals and objectives.
- Provide occupational therapy services in a variety of settings, including clinics, communities, homes, and workplaces.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client assessments, treatment plans, and progress.
- Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario (COTO).
- Up to two years of experience in occupational therapy, with a strong understanding of Ontario's Statutory Accident Benefits Schedule (SABS).
- Valid CPR certification and a reliable vehicle.
- Completion of a satisfactory Police Vulnerable Sector Check within the last six months.
