About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and treat clients with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health challenges
  • Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
  • Manage a fast-paced caseload in a multidisciplinary work environment
  • Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists
  • Participate in case conferences and case management
  • Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students
Requirements
  • Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario
  • Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
  • Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset
  • Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
  • Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
  • Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
  • Proficiency with computers and new technology
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Must have own vehicle, and a valid Driver's license is required
