Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at Lifemark Health Group. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing and treating clients with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and treat clients with a diverse range of conditions, including musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health challenges
- Develop and implement holistic, individualized treatment plans based on critical analysis and clinical reasoning
- Manage a fast-paced caseload in a multidisciplinary work environment
- Collaborate with the inter-professional team, stakeholders, and other Occupational Therapists
- Participate in case conferences and case management
- Preceptorship/co-preceptorship of Occupational Therapy students
- Registration (member in good standing) with the provincial College of Occupational Therapists in Ontario
- Solid experience in assessing and treating adults with complex musculoskeletal, neurological, and mental health conditions
- Experience in Occupational and Veterans Rehabilitation and Mental Health is a significant asset
- Ability to be self-directed and autonomous, working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize, manage self-scheduling, and meet reporting deadlines
- Demonstrated commitment to post-graduate professional development
- Excellent oral, written, and report-writing skills
- Proficiency with computers and new technology
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
- Must have own vehicle, and a valid Driver's license is required
