Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at YOUR DOLLAR STORE WITH MORE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our retail store, providing excellent customer service, and leading a team of sales associates.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales associates, ensuring they are meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Store Operations: Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
- Training and Development: Train and develop sales associates, providing feedback and coaching to ensure they are meeting performance expectations.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Availability: 30 to 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
