  • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives

What You'll Bring

  • Seven to ten years of related experience, preferably in a complex organization, including three to five years of people management experience
  • Experience with recruitment strategies for corporate functions, including finance, investment, and marketing
  • Effective communication and relationship management skills

  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously
  • Analytical ability to measure results and transform data into meaningful insights
