Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Rising Cool Services Inc is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our sites and facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect sites and facilities to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning supplies and services.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
  • Co-ordinate work activities with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a cleaning or facilities management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team and work with other departments.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, crouching, and kneeling.
