  • Engage in a hybrid work model, with the expectation of being present in the office approximately 50% of the time.
  • Provide support in a modern, collaborative environment.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion, maintaining the privacy of executive matters and company data.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Vice President and both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
  • Draft, proofread, and format various documents and reports, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
  • Prioritize and manage tasks and projects for the Vice President, ensuring timely completion aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct research and analysis on diverse topics as requested by the Vice President, offering insights and recommendations based on findings.
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to create and manage reports, presentations, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with the Inside Sales team to prepare reports, analyze data, and develop presentations that support sales initiatives and strategic goals.
  • Assist in the planning of global and regional events, including business review meetings and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in an administrative or executive support capacity, emphasizing travel coordination, expense management, and scheduling.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in data analysis, report generation, and presentation development is essential.
  • Ability to maintain a flexible schedule, including in-office presence as required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues, vendors, and senior management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
