Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Mohawk Animal Clinic Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and maintain accurate records.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate contact or service area, and provide information as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Process information, operate the switchboard or telephone system, schedule appointments, and receive and issue payments.
- Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Computer and Technology: Familiarity with telephone systems and ability to multitask.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Benefits: Dental plan, health care plan, and permanent employment with 32 hours per week.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Language: English.
