Medical Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Mohawk Animal Clinic Ltd. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage administrative tasks, and support the medical team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, direct them to the appropriate area, and provide information as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage schedules, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and communicate with patients and staff effectively.
- Technology: Operate the telephone system, computer software, and other equipment as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, ability to multitask, and proficiency in computer software.

- Work Schedule: 32 hours per week.
- Language: English.
