We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Office Assistant to join our team at Mohawk Animal Clinic Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
- Information Management: Obtain and process necessary information to provide exceptional customer service.
- Communication: Answer phone calls, relay messages, and schedule appointments.
- Financial Transactions: Receive and process payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, ability to multitask, and proficiency in telephone systems.
- Health Benefits: Dental plan and healthcare plan.
- Work Environment: 32 hours per week, permanent position.
