About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Product Management to lead our Product Management team in delivering a world-class digital banking experience to our customers. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product strategy that meets the needs of our customers and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product strategy that aligns with the bank's overall business objectives and customer needs.
  • Lead a team of product managers in delivering multiple product initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and operations, to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Make data-driven decisions to inform product development and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure EQ Bank remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful product initiatives.
  • 5+ years of experience in leading e-commerce platform, mobile product, banking finance product, payment process product, or any-adjacent product experience.
  • 2+ years of people management experience, with a proven ability to coach and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
