Job Title: Delivery Person Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Delivery Person Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery personnel, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to our sales team to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop our team members to ensure they have the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments to suppliers and vendors.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate the procurement of goods and materials to meet customer demand.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate coverage and minimize downtime.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply chain disruptions, and other operational challenges in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Supervise Office and Volunteer Staff: Provide guidance and support to our office and volunteer staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in initiatives that support the integration of newcomers and refugees into our community.
  • Support for Youths: Engage with programs that promote youth employment and development.
  • Support for Veterans: Collaborate with initiatives that support veterans and their families.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in programs that promote reconciliation and support Indigenous communities.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Engage with initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.
