Job Title: Delivery Person Supervisor

B.C. LTD. is seeking a skilled Delivery Person Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Effectively allocate tasks to sales team members to ensure seamless delivery operations.
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit and train new staff members to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Authorize Payments: Verify and approve payments for goods and services.
  • Order Merchandise: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
  • Resolve Issues: Address customer complaints, supply shortages, and other operational challenges.
  • Organize Inventory: Maintain accurate inventory levels and ensure efficient storage and retrieval of goods.
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee the work of office and volunteer staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees.
  • Support for Youths: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment.
  • Support for Veterans: Participate in government or community programs that support veterans.
  • Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people.
  • Support for Visible Minorities: Participate in government or community programs that support visible minorities.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
