HighView Partners Inc. is a prominent real estate investment firm committed to sustainability and innovation. We are seeking a forward-thinking Director of Sustainability to drive our environmental vision forward.

Your New Role

As the Director of Sustainability, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing our company's sustainability strategy, working towards key environmental targets such as net-zero emissions by 2050. You will be responsible for embedding sustainable practices into existing and future developments, ensuring environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles are a core part of our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a multidisciplinary team to implement sustainability initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure sustainability efforts align with broader corporate objectives
  • Advocate for the company's sustainability initiatives, both internally and externally
  • Build bridges across diverse teams to ensure successful implementation of green building designs, sustainability reporting, and innovative climate initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven track record of leadership in sustainability, ESG, or corporate social responsibility
  • At least 10 years of experience in sustainability roles, preferably within the real estate or building sectors
  • Strong technical expertise and ability to balance technical knowledge with clear, compelling communication
  • Knowledge of green building practices, building codes, and sustainability reporting frameworks
