Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at GR Baker Memorial Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to assigned patients under the direction of the Nursing Unit Coordinator
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective care strategies
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant
- Ability to physically perform the duties of the job and organize work effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
