We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for delivering compassionate patient care to join our multidisciplinary Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team at Northern Health Authority.
About the RoleAs a key member of our ACT team, you will provide flexible, community-based services designed to promote stability, recovery, and community integration for our clients. You will maintain a primary caseload of 8 to 10 clients and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to coordinate and provide ACT services.

- Ability to organize, prioritize, and work independently as well as on a team
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Class V Driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Travel is a requirement of this position
