Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Leadership Program participant. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and excellence in our beverage supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize supply chain operations and improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure effective execution of supply chain initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in a supply chain leadership role, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive business results and improve efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
