Supply Chain Leadership Program

As a Supply Chain Leadership Program participant at PepsiCo, you will embark on a transformative journey that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing and distribution facility. Your initial assignment will be to familiarize yourself with our day-to-day business operations and lead a front-line Supply Chain organization.
Responsibilities- Apply your understanding of operations, repair procedures, and problem-solving to support facility equipment reliability.
- Execute the Annual Operating Plan for Production, ensuring alignment with performance standards.
- Track key performance indicators and costs, anticipating and correcting trends to achieve financial targets.
- Oversee facility equipment reliability to minimize downtime and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
- Develop people capability through effective employee relations, training, and communication for front-line hourly personnel.
- Ensure compliance with quality management programs and food safety systems.
- Bachelor's degree completed by August 2024.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to working with and leading people.
- Proven problem solver and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Collaborative team-player with a "roll-up your sleeves" approach.
- Passion for and demonstrated commitment to extra-curricular activities and/or community involvement.
- Agile individual who takes initiative and welcomes change with a positive attitude.
