This is an exciting opportunity to join PepsiCo's Supply Chain Leadership Program as a Beverage Supply Chain Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the supply chain operations for our beverage products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve supply chain efficiency and reduce costs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks to the supply chain.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and partners.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive business improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with supply chain management software and systems.
