About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at 13598675 Canada Inc. as a Sales Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Manage Sales Staff
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
    • Assign sales tasks and duties to team members to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Inventory Management
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Team Development
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance sales staff skills and knowledge.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a sales or management role.
