Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and lead a team of 5-10 sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase revenue.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, highlighting sales trends and areas for improvement.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching and development opportunities to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of sales experience.
  • Skills: Accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral and written communication, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player, dependability, initiative, judgement, and ability to multitask.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
