Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at SB FLOWER WHOLESALE COMPANY LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Management: Oversee the daily activities of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
  • Inventory Control: Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and train a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.
Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a warehouse or supply chain role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
Work Environment

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with a strong understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
