Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Crop Farmer - Wheat Specialist to join our team at Martini Ranch Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing crop growth and development, coordinating planting and cultivating activities, and maintaining farm machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plan and execute crop growth and development, considering water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Planting and Cultivating: Coordinate planting and cultivating activities, including seed cutting and weeding.
  • Farm Maintenance: Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings, including automated manure handling or storage systems and feeding and watering systems.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate harvesters and other farm equipment.
  • Physical Demands: Work in a physically demanding environment, involving bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Rural area.
  • Work Setting: Farm.
