About the Role

Martini Ranch Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crop Farmer to join our team. As a Crop Farmer, you will be responsible for the cultivation and harvesting of crops on our farm.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Plan for crop growth and development, considering water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Coordinate planting and cultivating activities, including vertical farming.
  • Implement soil fertility programs and maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
  • Perform general farm duties, including weeding, seeding, and harvesting.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Experience in wheat farming and rural areas.
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in physically demanding conditions.
  • Team player with strong values and ethics.
