About the Role

Martini Ranch Ltd. is seeking a skilled Crop Farmer to join our team. As a Crop Farmer, you will be responsible for the cultivation and harvesting of grains in a rural area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens, and other work areas.
  • Plan for crop growth and development considering water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Coordinate planting and cultivating activities.
  • Cultivate on vertical farming systems.
  • Implement soil fertility programs.
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications.
  • Mix fertilizer.
  • Organize planting, cultivating, and crop harvesting activities.
  • Seed cutting.
  • Weeding.
  • Maintain farm machinery, equipment, and buildings.
  • Perform general farm duties.
Requirements
  • Bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Handling heavy loads.
  • Large workload.
  • Physically demanding.
