Martini Ranch Ltd. is a leading agricultural company that specializes in crop farming and production. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Crop Farmer.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Crop Farmer to manage and oversee the daily operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing crop growth and development activities, as well as maintaining farm equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Crop Planning and Management: Develop and implement crop growth and development plans, considering factors such as water saturation, light, and temperature.
  • Farm Maintenance: Maintain and repair farm equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Soil Fertility Programs: Implement soil fertility programs to ensure optimal soil health and crop growth.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate and oversee the completion of tasks such as clearing and collecting brush and debris, seeding, and weeding.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm equipment and machinery, including automated manure handling or storage systems, feeding and watering systems, and harvesters.
  • Worksite Environment: Work in a rural area, with exposure to varying weather conditions and physical demands.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn.
  • Physical Demands: Bending, crouching, kneeling, handling heavy loads, and working in physically demanding conditions.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
