About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team at E-Lead. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including typing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Communication: Receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries, and provide general information to clients and the public.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business operations.
  • Office Operations: Process incoming and outgoing mail manually or electronically, and maintain inventory of office supplies.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and schedule office work, including photocopying and collating documents for distribution, mailing, and filing.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced office environment, willing to relocate, and with relocation costs covered by the employer.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
