Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Support Specialist to join our team at HARIS FAROOQ CANADIAN IMMIGRATION CONSULTANT INC. As an Office Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Tasks: Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Communication: Respond to incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public, answering questions and resolving issues in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment:

This is a temporary position with a fast-paced environment and tight deadlines. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
