Position Overview

As the Tea Room Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily functions of our establishment, ensuring a seamless experience for our patrons. Your role is crucial in maintaining our reputation for excellence and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze financial reports to enhance profitability.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement budgets for food, beverages, and supplies.
  • Staff Oversight: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of more than 20 employees.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels to ensure efficient operations.
  • Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure adherence to health regulations and safety standards.
  • Event Management: Plan and coordinate events to enhance customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Education: College diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, electronic cash registers, and point of sale systems.
