About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Sales Manager to join our team at 1159725 BC LTD. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across our retail and wholesale operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Strategy
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
    • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales execution and customer engagement.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Establish and maintain effective sales processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective sales execution.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage sales budgets and forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning and reporting.
    • Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure effective cost management.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales leadership or business development.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
    • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
