We are seeking a Service Offer Consultant with a wealth of experience in group insurance to enhance our vibrant and cohesive team. The ideal candidate will serve as a key advisor for group insurance service offerings. They will play an active role in ensuring the quality and competitiveness of our proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage group insurance proposals assigned to you, adhering to established processes: Analyze and interpret proposal requests and requirements, participate in kickoff meetings, and develop tailored response strategies.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure effective proposal management while meeting deadlines.
  • Draft clear, high-quality documents that effectively showcase iA Financial Group's unique services, ensuring they are competitive and precise.
  • Engage closely with internal teams throughout the service offer lifecycle.
  • Stay informed on market trends and continuously enhance iA Financial Group's service offerings, writing standards, and promotional practices.
  • Work with the team to maintain and refresh the content library.
  • When necessary, conduct quality audits of peers' group insurance service offers.
  • Participate in feedback sessions for all proposals, regardless of the outcome.
  • Adhere to iA Financial Group's editorial and visual identity guidelines.

Candidate Profile

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in group insurance.
  • Exceptional writing skills in both French and English, with the ability to craft compelling service offers.
  • Strong influencing capabilities along with excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills to facilitate discussions with key stakeholders.
  • Experience in preparing service offers and familiarity with the proposal process.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset to support team-wide service offer objectives.
  • Capability to communicate the status of service offers to key stakeholders.
  • Willingness to occasionally work outside standard hours to meet deadlines for significant service offers.
  • Proficient in MS Excel (advanced spreadsheets), MS Word, and Adobe Acrobat (PDF).
