Administrative Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at The Owners, Strata Plan LMS 1725. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the management team, including preparing reports, managing files, and coordinating meetings.
- Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of the office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring that the office is clean and organized.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise and train office staff, including providing guidance and support to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with staff, management, and external stakeholders, including responding to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues, including troubleshooting technical problems and finding solutions to complex problems.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
