Job Title: Breakfast Service Coordinator
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience is considered an asset.
  • Work Environment: Staff accommodation is available; relocation may be necessary.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Set tables and deliver clean dishes, cutlery, and other items to dining areas.
    • Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and seating areas.
    • Load and organize buspans and trays efficiently.
    • Operate dishwashing equipment to maintain cleanliness of dishes and utensils.
    • Restock condiments and supplies at dining locations.
    • Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
    • Portion and package food items as needed.
    • Prepare, heat, and finalize simple food items for service.
    • Serve guests at counters or buffet setups.
    • Utilize manual and electrical tools for food preparation tasks.
    • Ensure the kitchen area is cleaned and sanitized, including all surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
    • Receive, unpack, and organize supplies in appropriate storage areas.
  • Physical Requirements:
    • Ability to handle heavy loads.
    • Capability to stand for prolonged periods.
    • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
    • Strong attention to detail.
  • Weight Handling: Capable of lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Employment Type: Temporary position.
  • Language Requirement: English proficiency is necessary.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
