Regional Sales Director

Wainbee Limited is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in building relationships with business clients and managing negotiations of sales contracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, establishing organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, and organizing regional and divisional sales operations.
Key Responsibilities- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to succeed in their roles.
- Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure the sales team is operating within budget.
- Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales to ensure consistency and efficiency.
- Lead sales team in building relationships with business clients and manage negotiations of sales contracts.
- Organize regional and divisional sales operations to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Plan, direct and evaluate the activities of sales departments in commercial, industrial, wholesale and retail and other establishments.
- Provide customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- 5 years or more of experience in sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other sales tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
