Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Barshala- Indian Resto Bar Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that food and service meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for establishing and implementing operational procedures to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently. This includes developing and maintaining schedules, managing inventory, and coordinating with staff to meet work schedules.

Supervise and Train Staff

The successful candidate will supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures. This includes providing guidance and support to ensure that staff are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality.

Manage Inventory and Supplies

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for estimating ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and preparing and submitting reports.

Ensure Quality Control

The successful candidate will ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 to less than 7 months

Working Conditions

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will be required to work in a team environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality.
