About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Bilingual Sales and Service Coordinator to join our Trade Partner Team at Acosta. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing product knowledge and sales support to consumers, retail sales associates, and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Confirm and change orders, as well as resolve delivery challenges and escalations.
  • Proactively manage orders to ensure quality and fulfillment.
  • Communicate processes and policies to internal and external parties.
  • Adhere to established guidelines and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Provide order and business process support to Sales and Supply Chain functions.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and relevant information, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proficient in English and French (written and verbal).
  • 1-2 years' experience in a customer service role.
  • Experience in appliances and consumer electronics is a plus.
  • Post-Secondary Education is preferred.
  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with a mix of in-office and remote work.
  • Proven experience using Google Suite and/or Microsoft, and ability to use multiple network applications to source information.
