About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team at John Brooks Company. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the fluid handling industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, ensuring total customer satisfaction.
  • Provide quality quotes and coordinate with suppliers as necessary.
  • Efficiently enter customer orders into our order entry system, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide superior customer service by working with internal teams to expedite critical orders and keeping customers informed of order status.
  • Assist the Outside Sales Teams by identifying and sharing leads/opportunities, and maintaining regular communication with the team.

Requirements

Essential:

  • College Diploma in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • A minimum of 1-3 years of related experience (B2B customer service).
  • Advanced computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to develop and maintain key relationships with both internal and external contacts.

Desirable:

  • Working knowledge of fluid handling equipment and technical/mechanical processes.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software systems.
