Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Five Guys Burgers and Fries. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that our high standards are met.
- Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Inventory Management: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to ensure that our inventory is accurately tracked.
- Food Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and that our customers receive a consistently high-quality dining experience.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service.
- Operations: Establish methods to meet work schedules, and ensure that our kitchen and food service areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
